About bagel

Bagel is a bread stuff, normally ring shaped. 
Traditional bagel dough contains wheat flour, salt, water and yeast. Ingredient is simple.

The way of basic making bagel:
1.mixing and kneading the ingredients to form the dough
2. Shaping the dough into the ring shape.
3.proofing the bagels for at least 12h at low temperature 
4.boiling each one on the hot water
5.baking at about 200℃
